Payment Options:  Belly Dance Silks accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay using Shopify Payments.  You may also use your PayPal account to complete your purchase by credit card or debit.


Shipping & Delivery:  Sales and shipping to United States addresses only. No international sales.  All orders are shipped Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Belly Dance Silks provides FREE SHIPPING on merchandise orders exceeding $100.00 (excluding applicable sales tax).

Merchandise orders totaling $100.00 or less will be charged a flat rate shipping/handling fee based upon the following schedule.

Orders up to $50.00 will be charged a flat rate fee of $10.00 per order.

Orders $50.01 to $75.00 will be charged a flat rate fee of $15.00 per order.

Orders $75.01 to $100.00 will be charged a flat rate fee of $20.00 per order.

Email notification containing the USPS tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed and/or placed in USPS possession.

Sales Tax:  Belly Dance Silks charges 7% sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Website that is locally delivered or shipped to any location within the State of Florida.

Return and Refund Policy:  Returns accepted on REGULAR PRICE products only.  Returns must be initiated within five (5) calendar days as described below.  Your refund will be processed once the product has been returned and inspected for re-sale viability.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for any product sold at sale, clearance or liquidation pricing.

REFUNDS WILL BE REFUSED if it appears that any garment or accessory has been damaged by customer, worn, altered, or laundered, or if there is evidence of soiling, perspiration, perfume, smoke, or any other characteristic that would result in Belly Dance Silks' inability to re-sell the returned item as a "new" merchandise item. Silk veils created by Belly Dance Silks are inspected prior to shipping and are only handled by one person, Kathleen, who is the owner. Any damage or evidence of use will negate any refund.

RETURN PROCEDURE:  You must contact Belly Dance Silks via email to Sales@BellyDanceSilks.com WITHIN FIVE (5) CALENDAR DAYS from the delivery date to advise of your intention to return product and your reason for return. I will use the USPS delivery information/tracking to determine the date your package was delivered to begin calculating the 5-day deadline for notification.  No exceptions will be made.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION MUST be issued by Belly Dance Silks prior to customer returning merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return item to Belly Dance Silks.  Replacement items will be shipped to customer via USPS using the lowest cost alternative available.

The purchase price of the item(s) with be refunded using the method that payment was received.  Any shipping fees paid by the customer WILL NOT be refunded.

Problems with your products or order delivery?  In the rare and unforeseen instance that you receive the wrong product, or if an item damaged in transit, or you discover that your merchandise has an obvious manufacturer defect, please email as soon as possible so that remedies can be arranged. A description of the problem and picture demonstrating the situation would be greatly appreciated.
